How To Use Break Speader

After the chicken breasts with lemon here is the chicken breasts with cream and lemon. It is made of chicken breasts and brown tassel with a sauce made with cream and lemon juice. This is another versatile enough, although a simple dish looks really good, I assure you that you will make a great impression at the table.


INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

4 slices of chicken breast
200 ml heavy cream 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

the filtered juice of 1 lemon

40 g butter 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil ' oil


PROCEEDINGS

In a pan large enough to contain the chicken slices Heat the butter with the oil.



Put to brown the slices in the oil and butter turning occasionally.



Fry the slices of chicken until it is golden. Turn off the flame.



Raise the slices of chicken from the pan and put them in a golden pot. Cover with another bowl to keep them warm.



In the pan where the oil let cool slightly, add the cream and turn the flame. Add the lemon juice and stir filtered.



Cook for a few minutes over low heat and add the chopped parsley.



Continue cooking until you get a thick sauce.



Nappa then the slices of chicken with golden sauce obtained. Serve hot.
